Features and Applications

Actmix DETU-80GE F500 is a slow-acting rubber vulcanization accelerator with short scorch time, long vulcanization speed and a tendency to scorch. It is generally not used alone, but can be used in combination with other accelerators such as dithiocarbamates or thiazoles to reduce the dosage of other accelerators and prevent rubber compound blooming. It is commonly used in neoprene rubber and chlorohydrin rubber, etc., enabling the rubber compound to cure rapidly while maintaining scorch safety, and improving the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber compound. Due to its low promoting efficiency, it is rarely used in other diene rubbers except CR, CO and CPE compounds.

Detailed Introduction

Dosage: Under normal circumstances, the addition amount is 0.5-2.0 phr.
Application: General-purpose accelerator for CR, CO and CPE, used in small quantities in EPDM.
Packaging: Cartons lined with PE bags, net weight 25KG per carton; 600KG per pallet.
Storage stability: Store in a sealed, cool, dry and well-ventilated place. The recommended shelf life of the product is one year.
